This holiday season let's give the gift of mental health care and support to those who need it most. Together, we can make a difference.

by Steph Scholes in Crewe, , United Kingdom

At Christmas, Steph has seen first-hand how many people struggle the most. The pressure of the holidays, combined with the cold winter months, can overwhelm even the strongest. With her previous experience as a qualified nurse and project manager in mental health and neurodiversity combined with her accreditation as a Life Coach, Steph understands the deep connection between physical and mental health. Her extensive experience enables her to take a holistic approach—combining emotional, mental, and physical well-being to help others cope and thrive.

Steph's passion lies in preventing mental health crises by teaching proactive strategies to manage overwhelm and reduce burnout, particularly in high-stress professional and personal environments. She works with individuals to provide support tailored to their unique needs, empowering them to transform their lives for the long term.

This Christmas, Steph hopes to reach even more people who need her help. Your support will enable her to provide coaching and mental health services to those struggling during this difficult season. Together, we can make a lasting impact for those who may otherwise be alone & isolated this Christmas.

Through this project Steph will be able to support individuals to access FREE coaching sessions during the month of December.
