Festive 5K Fun Run (or walk!): 19/20 December - run anytime, anywhere...
This festive season, join us for a Festive 5K Fun Run (or walk!) in support of #3420milestogether - our campaign to raise invaluable funds for Foday, Kebba's brother, to access sight-saving diagnostic and follow-up facilities for a deteriorating eye condition in both eyes.
Together, we've been walking and running 3,420 miles - equivalent to the distance between Foday's home in Gunjur, The Gambia, to Moorfields Eye Hospital in London - and raising funds along the way to support Foday to live his full potential. Our initial total funding target is £5000 and we're making great progress thanks to you all. Full details of what we're doing and why can be found here.
Now...we're excited to share an awesome, fun opportunity to add your miles to ours...and be in for the chance to win some lovely prizes! All funds raised through this event will be added to our overall total and go towards assessment and follow-up treatment/supportive facilities.

All you need to do is:
- 1. Sign up before midday on Saturday 19 December, 2020 to secure your place and grab your entry/ies to the Prize Draw (T&Cs below)
- 2. Why not grab a friend or two to sign-up and run/walk it with you...?!
- 3. Don something festive and complete 5K anytime/anywhere on 19 or 20 December (you can walk it or run it)
- 4. Send us a pic in your get-up, and your time, for a chance to win the 'bonus' prizes...!

Terms and Conditions to enter the Prize Draw
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Open to anyone (over the age of 18), world wide.
- Entries will be accepted between 12pm BST Wednesday 02 December, 2020 and midday BST Saturday 19 December, 2020.
- Entrants may enter as many times as they'd like.
- The winners will be chosen at random and contacted by midday Monday 21 December, 2020 . They will be contacted by email on how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the initial email being sent, the next winner will be chosen at random and emailed within 1 week.
- Entrants can pledge to this campaign without entering the prize draw. You can donate instead of entering the prize draw either with a regular donation on this page, or via our main site (see here).
