We're still collecting donations
On the 16th November 2021 we'd raised £2,970 with 95 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Let's make the summer of 2022 a time to celebrate our continent. Help us build our online presence and enlarge our community.

On the 16th November 2021 we'd raised £2,970 with 95 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We're delighted to say we've hit our initial £2000 target. Now we need to grow our on line presence, improve our infrastructure and develop our website to become an online showcase for the Festival, its events and all the partners who will help bring the dream to life. We'll use the additional funds to upgrade the site and make sure the Festival's online profile is the best it can be.
We want to make the summer of 2022 a time to celebrate what brings us together as a continent. We share so much - in our history, cultures, values, food and drink, artistic expression - and have so much to learn from each other as well.
Our vision is to create a strong, positive and hopeful narrative about Europe and our place within it, through a wide variety of events and special occasions across the UK that everyone can enjoy. We have nearly 40 events lined up already, working with a range of different partners.
It's wonderful news that composer Howard Goodall will conduct a performance of a new composition and we thank him for his support.
.We're also delighted to announce that the United Strings of Europe will be joining us with a 12 venue tour of major UK cities
We also have the support of Malcolm Bruce.
Huge thanks to everyone who donated to help us meet our initial target to help us cover the costs of setting up the organisation and some necessary costs for the event. We are also extremely grateful to the European Forum at the National Liberal Club for welcoming us to their splendid home and to the United Strings of Europe and Howard Goodall for making the occasion so special.
Now we need to grow our on line presence, improve our infrastructure and develop our website. We have an ambitious stretch target so we can make sure the Festival's online profile is the best it can be, so as to enlarge our community of supporters and attract funding .
Our current website is very basic - it needs to become an online showcase for the Festival, its events and all the partners who will help bring the dream to life.
Help us get the Festival off to a storming start
We need your support to build on our successful launch event, to enlarge our profile and to build our community. By showing your support now, you'll also be the first to hear about our exciting plans and more opportunities to get involved in the coming months.
