Permanent poster for East Oxford Farmers Market

Aim
To put up a BIG 2 x 1.5m permanent poster on the corner of Crown St so anyone walking down Cowley Road knows there’s a market every Saturday
East Oxford Farmers Market has been at the heart of East Oxford since 2006. It is a non-for-profit community enterprise aiming to connect local producers and craftspeople with local customers. We kept it open the whole way through COVID, but now we badly need more customers and more income to keep it flourishing.
Too many people don’t know there’s a Farmers Market every Saturday just off Cowley Road, and at last we have the chance to have a permanent publicity poster right on the corner of Crown Street opposite Tesco’s on the corner of the International Store. Everything is ready and funded except that we unexpectedly have to pay the Council a planning fee that may be as high as £525. We have raised £250 and need another £275 (to include Crowdfunder costs). Please help so we can have the sign up as soon as possible.
This will make a huge difference to the viability of the market. Any funds not required for the planning fee will go to helping us continue to bring locally-sourced products to the East Oxford community.
