We need your support to raise funds to purchase tents and camping gear to use for upcoming festivals.
This year we are delighted to be collaborating with Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival to offer our service users an opportunity to have a great time. This will be a great opportunity for many of our users who have never attended a music festival because of the inadequate financial support and challenge with logistical and accommodation provisions
Asylum seekers receive an average of £35 - 39 a week depending on their support conditions for their daily needs. Fanzclub removes the financial barriers and offers free access to attend some of the cultural events taking place across the country.
Fanzclub's goal is to shape the social space available for Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Destitute persons to enable them to integrate into the culture. We want to foster and promote a culture of inclusivity by artists, affiliated production-based outlets, and event companies.
We believe that this will create a more inclusive and better shared collective experience in our society. With your help we will be able make this festival a memorable experience for many including new Ukrainians who have recently arrived in Scotland.
Doune the Rabbit Hole is an amazing family friendly festival that our service users have registered to attend and we would like to help them to have the best, most memorable experience possible.
How you can support:
- Can make a financial donation : DONATE HERE to help with travel and general expenses
- Purchase tents (either directly from Doune website: GLAMPING PACKAGES, Please reserve under Fanzclub and notify us)
- Purchase or donate good working condition tents through your local stores. We are looking for 2 - 5 persons tents.
- Tents and gear can be delivered on Mondays between 9.30am - 12pm and Fridays from 2pm - 4pm. Please note delivery address: 22 Ibrox Street, G51 1AQ.
- Purchase camping gear (sleeping bags, sleeping mats, camping chairs, portable chargers, pegs, blankets, head torch).

- Food collection and delivery drivers to the festival
- Hire of Event communication Radios.
- Purchase of two marquees.
- Portable Hard drives and SD cards.
