Fair Trade Producers Covid Support Fund

Aim

We want to offer our producers in India as much help as we can offer them while they recover from the recent hit by Covid.

Many of our producers in India are struggling right now. We have been communicating with them via email, and are posting some of these to our blog.

We are fundraising to help keep them afloat while many workers and their families are unable to work, either due to illness or lockdown. 

Once they are able to return to their workshops, we will increase our orders so that they are able to rebuild their own communities by returning to their health and education projects. These projects are a lifeline to many within the communities, and are so important.

The photo used is from Rachel's trip to India in 2008, of a school within a slum that is supported by Tara Projects, one of the groups we are raising funds for.
