We're still collecting donations
On the 19th January 2024 we'd raised £860 with 30 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Football is broken. Clubs like Reading, Sheffield Wednesday, and Southend stand on the brink. Help us make sure your club doesn't join them.

On the 19th January 2024 we'd raised £860 with 30 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
At Fair Game, we believe football deserves a fairer future.
2023 has been the year Reading and Sheffield Wednesday teetered on the brink of collapse. Southend and Scunthorpe survived by the skin of their teeth. And it was already too late for Bury and Macclesfield.
Your club could be next.
Financial mismanagement in football is rife, driven by a gambling culture that encourages clubs to wager their futures on a lottery ticket to the Premier League's riches. Dodgy owners recklessly rip up key elements of football's heritage, selling off stadiums and jacking up ticket prices. At the very top, clubs scheme to form breakaway leagues, with the European Super League debacle the clearest illustration yet of a sport in desperate need of a culture change.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
Fair Game has a track record of delivering real change within football. We're not for a particular club, or league, or vested interest. We're for football.
We're fans who care about our National Game. That's why we were one of the leading voices in supporting the introduction of the new Independent Regulator for English Football (IREF), keeping up the pressure on the government all the way through to its announcement in the King's Speech. It's why we produce the Fair Game Index, a comprehensive, first-of-its-kind survey of exactly how well run England's clubs are.
It's also why we're asking for your support.
The fight for a fairer future for football is only just beginning. The introduction of an independent regulator is a historic moment, a massive step in the right direction, but it must not be wasted.
We're working to make sure the regulator has the teeth it needs to really change football for the better. To do that, we need the resources to keep up the pressure on the government every step of the way. To recruit more clubs and encourage more and more of the football world to commit to the Fair Game cause. And to make the Fair Game Index a part of the regulator's remit, transforming football's unfair financial flow for the better.
With your help, we can give football the fairer future it deserves. It might be Reading and Sheffield Wednesday who are struggling today but, unless we act now, your club could be next.
Football is broken. Please help us save it.
