I know that moment. I've lived it. Cancer has touched my family in ways that have changed us forever.

Maggie's Centres exist for exactly those moments. Calm spaces alongside NHS hospitals where people facing cancer can find professional support, practical advice, and hope when they need it most. No appointments needed. Just compassionate experts ready to help navigate one of life's toughest journeys.

I'm proud to be part of Team Falcon taking on the 6 Nations Plus Challenge—a multi-stage endurance event uniting our UK foodservice and commercial catering community across Scotland, finishing at The Kelpies in Falkirk.

Our industry is built on resilience and showing up when it counts. At Falcon, we serve thousands every day. Now we're coming together to serve those who need support most.

The physical challenge will test us, but it's nothing compared to what people facing cancer endure daily.
