Express Yourself Fundraiser - Carla Woodburn

Aim

I'm fundraising for Express Yourself Projects. New computer equipment, external storage, and pod-cast equipment for radio & creative space.

Im Carla Woodburn. For years now I've been working hard with Express Yourself in Glasgow, promoting Scottish poetry by way of running regular free poetry events, and volunteering for Sunny Govan Radio running the Express Yourself Poetry radio show, for 7 years now, where I interview and play local poets mp3's of their poetic works. I also promote Scots poetry.  Encouraging poetic creativity.

All this work has taken atole on my computer, laptop and external storage systems. I need an upgrade of equipment, basically a cash injection to make the project run more smoothly with equipment that actually works and a reliable device to store mine and your important poetry documents. I've been plugging away at this project for so many years I feel I need a retreat somewhere to do some of my own writing of poems. But rest assured, I'm not about to stop. But with a cash injection my projects will run with more confidence and life will be easier with equipments that works.

Its something a bit different from me. I'm doing a fundraiser, for my own project, Express Yourself. I need new computer equipment and Express Yourself needs a cash injection to maintain professionalism. I'm very proud to be doing a fundraiser for my own project and anything donated will be gratefully recieved and will help with events, poetry storage, radio show creation and any other creative community projects, that will always be completely free of charge. Express Yourself has been completely self funded, so help would be appreciated.

A good cause.

I'd appreciate it if you could help with my venture by way of donating to my fundraiser and supporting my projects and ambitions to continue promoting poetry to the best of my abilities.

I know times are hard right now so anything donated to my fund will be greatly appreciated.
