Evolve Teachers app - recovery project

Evolve Teachers began life as an education recruitment company providing temporary and permanent staff for education settings. The company is owned and managed by Mike Donnelly who is an experienced teacher. Our main aim is to make the process of applying for education roles easier and to revolutionise the way schools recruit. We have lost 80 % of our business revenue during the Covid Crisis and any money raised will be used to market the app and to secure four jobs within our business for local North East people. 

Currently schools are using multiple recruitment providers and advertising platforms to obtain a full recruitment service, which is time consuming. We decided it was time to create a new service. Evolve Teachers was born from a need to make recruitment for schools easier. We believe schools are paying too much for adverts and that application processes can be more streamlined and faster. Booking supply via our app is simpler and saves money and applying for permanent teaching roles can be done using our one click apply service.
