Climb Everest Base Camp for IBD awareness

Aim

I would love to fulfil a dream and climb Everest base camp to raise awareness for those with Crohns and Colitis and show we can do anything

I have always wanted to climb Everest base camp.  But in November 2017 I got a set back due to having emergency surgery and got left with a stoma bag. I would love to provide hope to all those going through something similar to show that those of us with ‘a bag’ can achieve anything we set our mind to.

I want to raise awareness for the Crohns and Colitis U.K. charity. I will blog about the journey from start to finish to show people how it goes.

I’m trying to raise funds to fund my trek, meaning I can focus on raising awareness for an amazing charity which helps those suffering with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

I have summited the highest peak in the U.K. in preparation so I am so ready to tackle this journey.
