We use football to enable young people in Tottenham to gain the qualifications and skills they need to enter University or find employment.

Our aim is to improve the education of students in Tottenham, one of the most deprived areas of London.

UEFA qualified coaches lead and set the tone for a program that is wedded to education. Participants are offered access to a free high quality football program that runs alongside academic booster sessions in GCSE English and Maths to enable our participants to gain qualifications that are vital to securing a successful future.

We have increased the average college attendance of our participants to 94.4%, a 17% increase year on year while 100% of our participants enter either full-time employment or attend university. Further, Loughborough University, the best sports university in the world, recently offered two of our students the opportunity to join their International Futsal Academy. One of these students is Tenzin Dhongak who has been a part of our program since 2018, gaining FA qualifications in Football Coaching, Futsal Coaching and Refereeing, whilst also representing our club in the National Futsal League and FA Cup. In this time, he has developed his leadership skills and confidence and will start his Bsc, Sports Coaching degree at Loughborough in September.

In total, 31 participants have achieved FA coaching or officiating qualifications.

We are recognised as an FA Charter Standard Club, and our programs have been endorsed by Haringey Council, the London FA and the National Futsal League.

The success of our program relies on being able to hire pitches to run our football program, and this is by some distance our most significant cost. We would be delighted if you could assist us.

Many thanks, the team at Estudiantes London
