Aim
Woking needs change. Help us kick the Tories out and as Woking's first Labour MP, under a Labour government, I'll give this town a future.
I grew up in a Labour household in a working-class area of London, where I learned about hard work, resilience and compassion. I then became a financial journalist, uncovering financial mismanagement and corruption. I’ve spent my life trying to be a voice for those without one.
I’m standing for election in Woking because I am committed to representing the needs of residents. With the local council £2 billion in debt and people feeling let down due to services being cut, this Tory / Lib Dem coalition of chaos cannot continue. As your Labour MP, I will be a bridge between Woking and Westminster to create the change we need for our town.
Our Labour team wants to run an energetic campaign across the town that will kick out the Tories and give Woking it's future back — but we can only do that with you. With your trust and your help, together we can win Woking for Labour.
