Erin's Great North Run for Hospitality & Hope

Aim

I am running the GNR for the amazing Hospitality & Hope Charity, South Shields. Please donate anything you can and help me reach my target!

I couldn’t be more excited about running the Great North Run this September!

Although I live in London, and study in Edinburgh, the North-East is a place massively close to my heart. My Dad was born and brought up there, and my Granny still lives in Newcastle. I’ve been visiting the region my whole life, and that’s why the chance to run the iconic Great North Run really is a dream come true.

I’m also using this opportunity to raise money for Hospitality & Hope, an incredible charity based in South Shields, located very close to the GNR Finish Line. 

I know from my Dad, who is an H&H Trustee, about all the important work they do. South Tyneside is one of the most disadvantaged areas in the country, and H&H supports thousands of people through its food bank, community shops, wellbeing programmes and advice services. 

H&H is a truly great charity and I’m proud to be running on their behalf.
