Aim

Our aim is to ensure no unpaid carer walks this path alone or unprepared.

Bridging the Gap in Care

Behind closed doors all across London, millions of hours of unpaid care are given every single week. We saw firsthand that while these individuals are the absolute backbone of our community, they are too often left to navigate complex, overwhelming healthcare demands entirely on their own.

Who We Are

We are CarersMind. Our team is a passionate collective of healthcare advocates, community organizers and former carers who know exactly what it feels like to hold a loved one’s wellbeing in your hands without a roadmap. We’ve seen the burnout, the physical strain of improper handling and the anxiety of managing complex medications. We started CarersMind because we refuse to let London's unsung heroes reach a breaking point.

Our Vision

We envision a city where unpaid carers are never invisible. Our vision is to create a robust, accessible support ecosystem across London where every carer is fully equipped with professional skills, backed by a powerful peer community, and empowered to protect their own mental and physical health. We believe that caring for a loved one shouldn't mean sacrificing your own wellbeing.

How We Will Use the Funds

Every penny raised in this campaign goes directly into turning this vision into a reality. Your donations will be used to:

Hire Expert Trainers: Bringing in qualified professionals to teach certified courses in Dementia Awareness, Autism Awareness, Medication Administration and Safe Moving & Handling.

Secure Accessible Venues: Renting safe, welcoming, and centrally located spaces across London for training and workshops.

Provide Learning Resources: Creating and distributing physical and digital care toolkits that carers can keep for long-term guidance.

Deliver Wellbeing & Peer Support: Funding dedicated mental health workshops and hosting regular peer-to-peer networking events so carers can connect, share, and heal together.

Any amount would go a long way, your kindness will impact lives.
