Aim
To fundraise for equipment at a physical space in Camberwell's Out House gallery
No Bounds Radio is an internet radio station. It is run by four people- three live in London and one in Manchester. We run the station collectively and voluntary, it is all out of our own time and pocket. Shows are all currently pre-recorded and remote and have been since 2020. However, we are in the process of setting up a pop up and physical space in Brunswick Park, Camberwell (London) at the Outhouse Gallery/bookshop!
The studio will be available a few times a month (hopefully more as the project and capacity grows) for our hosts to record their shows and also broadcast live. We aim for it to be a meeting point that can foster collaboration between hosts, writers, artists and anyone at the gallery or at the park. We began as a space in 2020 in order to bring people together, and to allow experimentation and encourage complete beginners to radio. We hope that working with Out House will really deepen this, and offer something more tangible to all involved in the station. The set up will be very lofi. Noise leakage will be part of the set up: on hot days the windows will be open, letting the ambient sounds of the park seep through in the mix
