Epic swim relay 18th April

Aim

To raise funds for the club to help with water safety training and equipment etc…

Can we sponsor our nippers to swim as many miles as they can ! Location Ben Ainslie pool 

We are "channeling" our inner athletes for an epic non-stop relay! On 18th April we are challenging our swimmers to see if they can collectively Beat the Channel and back again.

That is a staggering 42-mile journey (roughly 2,700 lengths!). To reach the French coast and make it home again, we have one golden rule: The water can never be empty. Our swimmers will be working in relay "waves" to keep the momentum going:

• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Our youngest stars (ages 8-9 kick off the voyage!

• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: The 10–11 year olds take over for the mid-channel push.

• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: The 12–13 year olds take the final leg to bring us back to shore!

It’s a long way to France and an even longer way home, but with your sponsorship and cheers, we know they can keep the relay alive!

If we can try to get any sponsorship money to raise for the club to help with potential water safety training equipment etc.. this would be amazing
