Sexual harassment at work destroys lives. 9.8 million workers are affected every year. We're fighting for a law that actually protects them.
End Not Defend was created because workplace sexual harassment destroys lives, and the system is doing nothing to stop it. Workers lose their jobs, their health, the work they once loved — and most never feel safe enough to say a word because speaking up costs too much and the system protects employers, not them.
We are a worker-led campaign and we started this because survivors deserve better than silence. We're pushing for the law to change so that employers are held accountable and reporting is actually safe.
The money we raise will help us reach more survivors, support more workers, and make the case to the people who have the power to act.
9.8 million workers are sexually harassed every year in the UK. The government is choosing not to protect them. We're fighting to change that.
