Our mission is to engage the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders to use innovation and business principles to improve the world.
About us
Enactus UK & Ireland supports students & young people across the country to engage in social action and social enterprise. Our mission in the UK is to be recognised as a leader in developing a national network of socially minded young leaders of the future, who transform communities and society through real life social action and environmentally responsible enterprise.
We are dedicated to creating a better world while developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders and social innovators. The Enactus network of global business, academic and student leaders are unified by our vision - to create a better, more sustainable world
We have an established university programme which has been running since 2001 and now operates in over 80 universities across the UK & Ireland, engaging up to 4000+ students each year. 
What we do
We make the connection between character education and the world of work, enabling young people to develop the knowledge and attitudes they need to succeed, building on the experience of youth social action, enterprise and entrepreneurship. We work with educational professionals, business leaders, mentors, specialists and Alumni who combine to create a unique co-curricular enterprising environment.
With the support of the programme and its 600+ mentors and advisers, last year Enactus students impacted over 12,000 beneficiaries through the delivery of over 230 socio-economic and environmental projects.
Our vision is to engage the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders to use innovation and business principles to improve the world.

Our Projects
Project Spotlight: Motion - Enactus Sheffield
Motion is an award-winning social enterprise that designs and delivers interactive and inclusive exercise programmes tackling social isolation and increasing physical activity amongst older adults. Research has linked loneliness to higher risk of physical and mental conditions. Motion provides a consistent friendly face to build rapport during sessions.
