Your support makes a difference
A microbiome-based food supplement for men, built with Digital Twin and AI technology. Your pledge funds our clinical trial and first batch.

Microbiome-based, by design.
Your gut does more than digest food. The trillions of bacteria living there send signals to your brain, your immune system and the glands that produce male hormones. en-MASCULINE is the first men's supplement we have built around that connection.
Most supplement formulas are built on habit: the same ingredients, in the same doses, because that is what has always been sold. We started from gut microbiome data instead, and used our digital twin and AI-powered formulation technology to arrive at one formulation.
It is a food supplement for men, taken once a day as a powder, over a 90-day programme of three monthly jars.
The science behind it
Your gut is home to trillions of bacteria. They don't just help you digest food. They also send signals that reach your brain and the glands that produce male hormones.
Scientists are starting to understand this connection in three ways:
To build en-MASCULINE, we used digital twins: computer models of the gut microbiome, built from population-level data. They let us test thousands of ingredient combinations virtually, before choosing the one that best supports this connection. We are now running a clinical trial to see how it performs in people.

Who we are
We are a UK-based biotech company. Since 2019 we have built Digital Twin and AI models from gut microbiome data and used them to develop food supplements. Each one is a single formulation, based on population-level microbiome patterns rather than on tradition.
Our first product, en-TEAR, is already on the market. We also have en-JOY&FIT in development. Early clinical studies on both have shown encouraging, promising results, and larger controlled trials are now underway to confirm them. Every formulation we release goes through this same process, and en-MASCULINE is next.

A believer in food as medicine, he is driven to improve billions of lives. He built and exited a renewable energy venture before founding Enbiosis in 2019.
Assoc. Prof. Özkan Ufuk Nalbantoglu, CTO
Özkan Ufuk Nalbantoglu is Chief Technical Officer of Enbiosis Biotechnology, where he leads the Digital Twin and AI technology behind the company's formulation engine. An academic specialising in bioinformatics, deep learning and microbiome data analysis, he has over 20 years of experience working on the gut microbiome, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in the field, and holds patents in AI-based diagnostics using intestinal microbiome data. He joined Enbiosis to turn years of academic research into real-world formulations.
Dr. Varol Tunalı MD, PhD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Varol Tunalı is Chief Medical Officer of Enbiosis Biotechnology, where he designs and oversees the company's clinical studies. A physician specialising in medical parasitology, he has extensive experience leading and publishing randomised controlled trials, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed studies in the field, including a multicentre trial in the American Journal of Gastroenterology. He brings the same clinical rigour to nutraceutical formulation.
What is in it
en-MASCULINE is a food supplement in powder form. Each jar is a one-month supply; one scoop a day. The formulation includes zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Every ingredient is a permitted food supplement ingredient in the UK and EU, and the formulation is protected by our own patent filings. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
en-MASCULINE is for adult men who:

Before you take it
en-MASCULINE is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended for anyone under 18. If you have a medical condition or take any medication, please speak to your GP first. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
