We want to develop and increase our services and support by extending our opening hours and offering additional therapy sessions.
The Neuro Therapy Centre has been supporting people with neurological conditions and their Carers across North Wales, Cheshire and the Wirral for 37 years.
Our team of healthcare professionals tailor fitness, exercise and physiotherapy programmes, alongside offering counselling support, to help people whether they have been recently diagnosed or living with a condition for some time.
Our vision is to is to help people ‘Live their best neuro life’ and under the strap line ‘We believe in a future after diagnoses’ the central objective of the charity is to provide a place of care, friendship, advice and support in a positive, informal and happy environment.

1 in 10 people have a neurological condition that can be supported by our therapies and services. Every year we support hundreds of people to manage their symptoms, empowering them to keep going with activities and life roles they thought they would lose.
Hearing you have been diagnosed with a neurological condition can be devastating for the individual as well as their families and it often happens at a time when everything is hectic with family and work commitments.
Using the services of the Neuro Therapy Centre can start to turn this around, enabling people to hold on staying in work, being active and continuing to enjoy life, as well as making new friendships along the way.

The cost of running our services is growing at a time that our support is needed more than ever. We know that by supporting more people we can help them to stay in work, continue to live a fulfilled life enjoying their favourite activities and empower them to manage their condition through participating in regular exercise and physiotherapy opportunities.
To give people more choice and access to our services we need to be able to extend our opening hours and continue our online services which mean many more people can access our support at a time that meets their needs. The earlier people have these opportunities and learn about managing their symptoms the better equipped they are with the knowledge and understanding of their condition and the actions they can take to keep their lives on track - preventing isolation from their community.

1 - It will help support extending our opening hours offering:
2 - It will support the running of our cafe/social space which provides opportunities for peer support and the building of friendships.
3 - It will support the continuation of our online exercise sessions including one new exercise session and a new social meet-up session.
