Aim

Our aim is to continue to design and produce beautiful breastfeeding lingerie and apparel, empowering mothers through their nursing journey.

Hi! We are Pretty Mama, a mum focused, feminine maternity brand. Pretty Mama was founded by two sisters Alex and Jenny. 

About Pretty Mama

Whilst Alex was pregnant with her daughter 3 years ago, she really struggled to find any pretty and feminine nursing bras with matching briefs. Alex went from having beautiful, lacy lingerie to ugly, boring, ‘nana’ bras. Alex’s body had changed so much during pregnancy and she felt her underwear really lacked in boosting her post-birth body confidence.

We are a brand like no other. We stand to make mums feel empowered, confident, happy and beautiful during this important time in their life, whilst being kind to the planet by using recycled and recyclable packaging.

Therefore, in April 2020 Pretty Mama launched our first maternity lounge lingerie sets and since have received an overwhelming response from breastfeeding mothers thanking us for providing beautiful, feminine lingerie to the market. 

Our products have been designed by ourselves, developed, sampled with mamas in mind for comfort and supportiveness. keeping our products at an affordable and competitive price point for our customers.

The Nursing Jumpers

Since our April launch, we saw the need for stylish, comfortable and easy access nursing jumpers. Our jumpers open discreetly with two diagonal zips either side, this is a design unique to Pretty Mama, along with using high-quality heavyweight fabric ensuring they are made to last long after a mamas nursing journey has ended.
*10% profits from jumpers sold are being donated to Tiny Lives within Newcastle RVI.

How will the funds be used?

We hope to raise one thousand pounds through crowdfunding, the money will be used to further develop and extend our size range of all our current product, boosting body confidence during this important time in their life.
