Aim
Funding our training Academies in London so we can empower local people into work.
Every donation up to the value of £250 is DOUBLED by the Aviva Fund. So if you donate £10 Well Grounded gets £20, if you donate £250 we get £500.

Well Grounded's Journey
Since 2016, Well Grounded has been working with local people facing barriers to employment, to help them access and thrive in work in the coffee industry.
We have supported 311 people into employment and delivered over 10,000 hours of work placement with our employer network - including companies such as GAILs, Notes, Caravan, Ozone, CH&Co, Gentleman Baristas and more.
Hamdan, who in his own words says "I am beyond grateful for Well Grounded and the role they have played in helping me achieve my dream. Their training and support has been instrumental in my success. I am a proud citizen of Yemen. After working as a professional Barista for some time I am now a coffee shop owner at Hamdan Coffee, Shepherds Bush...I would not have achieved this level of success and happiness without Well Grounded. Thank you for your unwavering support and for empowering me to pursue my passion."
Having successfully transformed the lives of over 300 people, we now embark on an exciting future in two locations, where we aim to increase our impact.
