Aim
English and Employability Skills for young unaccompanied Refugees, Afghan and Ukrainian Refugees to help them adjust into life in the UK
We are a small not-for-profit organisation based in Folkestone, Kent. We deliver City and Guilds Functional Skills English and mathematics and Employability Skills to those that have experienced disadvantage of opportunity and require support to gain employment. Many of the young people we work with have come to the UK as Refugees. We are currently working with young unaccompanied Refugees as well as those that have arrived here from Afghanistan and the Ukraine. We would like to increase the help that we are able to provide to ensure that our beneficiaries are able to have the skills and attributes to find employment which will provide them with a secure future.
