Aim: We require help to cover the costs of veterinarian charges for emergency surgery for one of our ponies.

Gareloch RDA offers riding and carriage driving sessions to less abled children and adults from our local area.  Due to covid restrictions we were unable to run sessions, yet our ongoing costs continued.  We mitigated costs where possible during lockdown and were hugely supported by a steady stream of donations from kind supporters.  However, in the last 12 months we have found ourselves with three extremely poorly ponies from three completely unrelated conditions.   We were managing to see our way through these, and our sessions were just beginning to build up again this spring.

Unfortunately, due to a recent virus at the yard we had to restrict our sessions again.  With reduced income our emergency funds are now depleted.   Unbelievably we have now been struck with a fourth sick pony.  Ralph was rushed into the Vet School for emergency surgery for colic.  The operation went well, and he is being a model patient.  We hope that this wonderful pony will be out of hospital soon ready to start his lengthy recuperation.

Please help if you can and share if possible.  Thank you.
