Aim
Creating a safe space café for youth to heal, connect, and grow through mentoring, wellbeing, and community-led support.
At EmbraceSphere, we believe that every young person deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported — especially those navigating life at the intersections of race, identity, inequality, and trauma.
Founded by a team of mentors, educators, and changemakers with lived experience, EmbraceSphere was born from a simple but urgent truth: representation and belonging change lives. We’ve seen first-hand how a listening ear, a safe space, and cultural understanding can transform someone’s confidence, choices, and future.
Our next step is bold — and needed.
We’re launching a Safe Space Café in Scotland, a warm, community-rooted hub where young people can access:
- Free 1:1 mentoring
- Mental wellbeing support
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Creative workshops
- Peer connection
- And yes — a good cup of coffee in a space that feels like home.
This will be more than a café — it’s a movement. A place for healing, growth and joy.
How We’ll Use the Money
Your support will help us:
- Secure a venue for the café and mentoring hub
- Furnish and fit out the space with comfort, dignity and accessibility
- Launch free programmes in wellbeing, mentoring, arts and youth leadership
- Hire part-time staff and cover initial running costs for the first few months
Our target is £30,500, and every pound raised will go directly towards creating a future-proof, youth-led, and deeply impactful space.
