I’m asking for your support to help me become the next MSP for North East Fife and to build a campaign rooted in real life.
I’m an NHS worker, a campaigner, journalist and a former councillor.
I’ve spent my career listening to people, telling their stories and challenging decisions when they don’t stack up.
Through my work on women’s health, I’ve helped push an issue that was ignored for too long into the national conversation, working alongside healthcare professionals and turning lived experience into something policymakers could no longer dismiss.
I didn’t come into politics through a traditional route. I came into it because I’ve seen what happens when people like us aren’t in the room.
Why I’m standing
People across North East Fife are feeling let down.
I’m standing because I believe it should feel different to that – more straightforward, more present and more focused on getting things done.
What I’ll bring
Why your support matters
Campaigns like this are built person by person, conversation by conversation.
To reach people across North East Fife, we need to:
And that all takes resources.
Your donation will go directly towards making sure this campaign is seen, heard, and taken seriously.
Final ask
I'm not a career politician.
I'm a candidate who is rooted in real life, who understands the pressures people are facing and who will put the work in.
If that's the type of MSP you'd like to see, I'd be grateful for your support.
Every contribution helps build a campaign that can deliver something better for North East Fife.
Rules:
Fife North East CLP may contact you using the information you supply in order to discharge their legal responsibilities to ensure donations are from permissible sources. Donations to meet the costs of candidate election expenses are regulated by the Representation of the People Act 1983 and the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000. By making a donation to this campaign I understand and accept the following:
- I am donating to the Fife North East Constituency Labour Party.
- I must use my own funds to make a donation to the Labour Party.
- If I donate more than £500, checks will be made to ensure my name is listed on the UK electoral register (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Any single donations of £500 or under are not regulated donations under electoral law, and therefore the donor would not be required to be on the UK Electoral Register.
- If I donate more than £2,230 to a Constituency Labour Party or more than £11,180 to the national Labour Party in a calendar year, my name and the amount of the donation will be published on the Electoral Commission's website, although my home address will not be made public.
- If I am making a donation of more than £50 during the short campaign (the period after the election has been called), checks will be made to ensure my name is included on the UK electoral register (excluding the Isle of Man and Channel Islands which are not permissible sources). My name and the amount I have donated will be included in the candidate return submitted after the election.
- Donations are not tax-deductible.
- This information will be available for public inspection on request, although my home address will not be made public.
This donation facility is provided for individuals to make donations to the Fife North East CLP. UK companies, limited liability partnerships, trade unions and unincorporated associations may also make donations. Please contact the team at [email protected] for more information.
*Permissibility checks will be carried out on individual donors in compliance with the rules laid out by the Electoral Commission on donations in election campaigns. You will be contacted by the Fife North East Agent to obtain this information. Donor details may be published.*
