Aim
To build upon our success and win the biggest number of Greens councillors ever.
On the 7th of May 2026, Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire will elect councillors to run the city and district councils - and we need your help to make sure they're Green.
To create a winning campaign, we need to reach more than 50,000 voters - more than we've ever needed to reach before.
Now that we've selected our talented Green candidates, we urgently need our team in place, ready to support them. To reach voters in every corner of Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
To do that, we need to drive and coordinate a large-scale operation both on the ground and online. To achieve this, we need to make sure Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire elect the councillors they deserve, and with your support we need to raise an initial £20,000.
Every single penny you give will go towards getting a paid member of staff to help us win over the next 7 months. Additionally, this will help each of our campaigns to deliver a leaflet to every household from now until election day.
THIS IS URGENT. We must be ready to make a HUGE GREEN SPLASH as we start our campaign this month!

In case you're wondering, we've done the maths and this election is SERIOUSLY WINNABLE. At all levels of Government we’ve made great progress in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire, and with our new leadership in place, our membership has grown by over 110%. New members are joining us as the true alternative to the old parties.
We CAN do this - with the right team in place and with your help. No one wants to wake up with another Labour city-run council and a Lib Dem one-party state council on South Cambridgeshire on 8th May.
