You can elect a Green in 2026. Proportional Representation changes everything!
The next Senedd election is going to be different, and for communities across Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd, it finally offers a real chance to get Green voices elected. With proportional representation, every single vote will count. For the first time, our area has a genuine opportunity to break through and demand the investment and attention we’ve been denied for far too long.
For years, our towns and villages have been overlooked. Public services have been stretched, transport links neglected, and too many decisions about our future have been made without us. People here know what it feels like to be left behind.
But we also know the strength of our communities, and what we can achieve when we stand together.
Across Wales, Greens are already showing what real leadership looks like:
Now it’s time to bring that momentum home to Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd (Brecon, Radnor, Cwm Tawe, Neath and Swansea East).
A Real Chance of Winning
We have a real chance to get Nathan Goldup‑John elected to the Senedd for the Wales Green Party/Plaid Werdd. Recent polling has shown that Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd is right on the brink of electing a Green member.
With proportional voting and six‑seat constituencies, every Green vote in Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd truly counts. The last three polls have consistently shown this constituency within reach, and the latest YouGov poll (5–12 January 2026), alongside analysis by Dr Jac Larner of Cardiff University’s Welsh Governance Centre, suggests the Wales Green Party could win 11 seats across Wales, including here!
Commentators have noted the shift:
“Reform support appears to be plateauing while the Greens have surged.” — Dr Jac Larner, Cardiff University’s Welsh Governance Centre
“This shows a huge growth in support for the Greens…” — Will Hayward, The Will Hayward Newsletter
This momentum is real, but only if we reach every voter and make sure they know their Green vote can help shape the future of Wales.
Why Your Donation Matters
This campaign is powered entirely by ordinary people. The Green Party has no corporate backers, no billionaire donors. Just residents who want a fairer, greener, more hopeful future for our communities.
Your support helps us:
What your contribution can do:
Small donations genuinely add up. They build the campaign. They power the movement.
Why Green Voices Matter Here
People across Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd deserve better: warm homes, affordable energy, reliable public transport, thriving nature, secure jobs, and a local economy that works for us. Not one that leaves us waiting, forgotten or ignored.
We won’t get that without honest leadership, real scrutiny, and a willingness to challenge the complacency that has allowed our area to fall behind. Greens are ready to do politics differently: transparent, community‑led, and rooted in fairness.
This is our moment. This is our chance to demand the investment and respect our communities deserve. And we can’t do it without you!
Chip in today if you can. Every donation helps us win the votes that will finally put Green voices in the Senedd for Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd.
Unlike other parties, we aren’t funded by big business or vested interests. We rely on many small donations from people who want to make a positive difference in their local communities.
Every amount counts and helps us share the message that we can make hope normal again and that Greens deliver real change, real change for everyone! From Swansea Waterfront to the Amman Valley, all the way through Brecknockshire and Radnorshire. This constituency reflects the whole of Wales; if Greens can win here, it shows they can win everywhere.
Your donation will help us reach thousands more voters on the doorstep and online.
P.S. Because we’re a political party, we’re required to run electoral register checks for donations above £500. If you donate over £2,230 during a year, we must notify the Electoral Commission, who will publish this on their website. All donations go to general campaigning funds.
