In a nutshell, too many elderly and disabled people are forgotten about and left to face the daily struggles with life saving repairs, without a second thought of what they face.
Since March 2017 we have seen more than there should be and it is growing out of control, with no help available it can only get worse unless we help and show community spirit by helping them.
The Government system has not been set up to deal with the issues that they face and i feel they never will, that is why depher has been launched.
Establishing this project and helping it to grow far and wide, so it is available to every elderly and disabled person that can benefit and really needs the help from this service.
With 16.5 Million elderly and disabled people living within this United Kingdom, it can mean the difference between Life and Death, especially in the winter time.

He asked for a second opinion and he called us ( Northern Plumbing and Heating Ltd ) his radiator in the kitchen was set to make a rattling noise and a magazine was stuck in the cold water tank, this was to make the gentleman think he needed a new heating system.
The company that sent an engineer was informed and it was dealt with.
The customer received a full refund and more, we got his system working again with no cost to the elderly gent.

Our mission is to deliver a service to the elderly and disabled in the community, a service that is widely needed in every corner of the country.
To many of our elderly and disabled friends and family are struggling to keep up with the high cost of repairs in their homes or lettings.
This will cause them to suffer with lack of food and medicine including valuable money for electricity and gas.
By helping us to develop accessible services from Depher, your support will also be helping to supercharge the need to make it widely available AND make it more inclusive to their needs.

This lady was not elderly nor Disabled, She came out of a very violent and controlling marriage.
Her mother called us after seeing the DEPHER advert because she had no were else to turn, the lady had 3 young children and she was suffering with anxiety and nerves after the bad time with her ex husband, she was scared of everyone.
We got to the boiler in time because the gas valve was leaking GAS in the boiler and the flue was from 3 different boilers and held together with wallpaper and paste.
She and her children are safe and happy with the new boiler that was installed, we went and inspected the install and it was a good and safe installation.
This elderly man could not afford to eat, never mind afford a bill for his boiler repair, his back boiler was in a poor state of service.
We attended and gave the boiler a good strip down and service with a new thermo-couple, he is now safe and warm, using his small income to keep himself with food , electric and gas.
A.
This project solves the problem of the elderly and disabled living in the cold or poverty because they can only afford heating or eating and not both.
It takes away the worry and burden on their health and well being, it saves lives and stops the elderly and disabled from suffering were they do not need to.
All funds raised are used for Materials and running costs ( fuel, insurance, road tax, paperwork ) only, labour is never ever charged or claimed from any of the Depher funds.
B.
This is a great project because it does stop suffering and it has saved lives in the winter, giving the elderly and disabled in all our communities a knowledge that if a problem occurs they will not need to worry about the cost and the traumas caused by these.
In the summer we help with great discounts on all household repairs or installations, keeping them in control of the highly needed income for food and household bills.
