Education For All Trek 2025

Aim
We are raising money for Education for All, an amazing charity that empowers the next generation of girls in the Atlas Mountains.
Here at Elegant Resorts and If Only, we are extremely proud to be working with EFA, a charity close to our heart.
From Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th May, Julie, Lynne, Sara, Michelle, Sam, Eleanor, Elysia, Samantha, David and Owen are embarking on a journey to Morocco and in Atlas Mountain Trek.
As part of the trip, we will visit the incredible EFA centre and see first-hand the impact that they charity is having. We are kindly asking for donations for EFA so that they can continue to make a difference in many girls lives.
Around half of Moroccan girls and women are illiterate, with rural regions facing even greater challenges. Long distances and cultural norms mean that young girls often leave school at an early age and face daunting obstacles to accessing secondary education. Additionally, girls with disabilities face limited access to tailored education and support, leaving them at a significant disadvantage.
Education For All Morocco (EFAM) was founded in 2007 to break down these barriers, providing girls in remote areas with access to education that prepares them for future careers and independence.
