Aim
Eden Bakery, a luxury micro bakery in Wolverhampton specialising in free from patisserie using the finest ingredients
- I am an experienced baker, pastry chef and cook. I have spent the last 5 years working on my craft and creating unique products for other independent businesses.
Due covid-19 and the closing of restaurants, coffee shops and cinemas the work I do has stopped and I will no longer be able to attend events and festivals I had planned to do this year.
Eden will be a micro bakery of my own, based in Wolverhampton. I have found the perfect space to showcase my creations.
I want to create a space that provides quality decadent desserts and pastries made on site. We will also specialise in free from products that can't be found anywhere else in the city.
The money raised will be used for the fittings and fixtures, stock and marketing to get us off to a great start.
We will be using local business to fit and supply our store and will be finding the best refurbished items to help us get up and running in a cost effective manner.
