About our Team:
Eagle Care Services, we are CQC approved Care Provider based in London. We are a team of 5, with each and every member instilled with high level of expertise and knowledge within each aspect of the Care Industry.
As a team, we placed ourselves in the shoes of our clients. We recognised that as we grow older, or if we become less able to look after ourselves because of injury or ill health, being able to continue to live at home as independently as possible will have greater value and be very important. This is what we had in common as a team, and therefore we were inspired to create these types of Care Services for many individuals nationwide who are in need of Care or unable to get the right type of service or information they need and deserve.
Our Services:
Our services are designed to provide a safe, secure and independent life. We work closely with our clients in identifying their care needs. This allows us to jointly agree a tailored care plan most suited to the individual’s requirements and lifestyle. Our fully trained and experienced staff support our clients and their loved ones with the level of care required. From a once-a day visit, through to scheduled care throughout the day, we are able to support even the most complex of needs.
Eagle Care offers peace of mind that everything is taken care of when it’s needed most. With carers who understand how to deliver compassionate, service user-centred care, and mostly assure highest quality of care at all times.
We also acknowledged and understood the role of cultural diversity and their beliefs and customs. We explored the level of such Care Services in our own Sri Lankan community and found out that there were minimal support with many barriers including language. Therefore, we made it one of our aims to create and make our Care Services available to our community, which will in fact give individuals' in need a sense of relief and security. Being acknowledged as the only Care providers in our community, will sure to spread more awareness regarding the concept of care services such as Domiciliary Care and this will stem to make our project successful.
This stimulated us to reach out to other communities and conduct a research into the provision of Care services in each. As a collective study, we acknowledged that many communities likewise ours, are in need of Care Services, especially Domiciliary Care. Through our built up network both locally and nationwide, we were able to reach out to each community and spread the information about the type of Care available.

Our Vision
At Eagle Care Services, we understand that remaining at home has important significance to many people. Our services enable service users to live a happy, healthy and independent life at home as an alternative to residential care. We aim to become a high standing, well-respected and acknowledged Care Provider within the Care Industry. We want to offer this opportunity nationwide, too many individuals and ensure that each individual has the right and rightful choice of care.
We are also in the process of obtaining a Supported Living licence, whereby we are able to provide care to vulnerable service users within our own established accommodation and personal care which is entitled to them. We have started the groundworks of this, in the region called Wembley and due to be finished soon. We are planning to implement the same approach nationwide.
We want to embrace independence and choice, and empower responsibility and accountability of service users and staff, cost effectively. As apart of offering this opportunity nationwide, we intend to establish regional offices within the UK and ensure we are accessible to individuals within their region. Through further establishment, we aim to establish our company as a Franchise.
As of current, we have contracts with the following local authorities and NHS:

- NHS Leeds
- NHS Peterborough and Cambridgeshire
- NHS Lincolnshire
- NHS Hampshire
- NHS Midlands and Lancashire (Staffordshire Area)
We plan to expand and work with all local authorities and other relevant organisations.
Financial Achievements:
We are strongly aiming to generate funding of £75,000. In order to achieve our vision and establish our company as long standing Care Provider within the industry. We would highly appreciate your support and funds, placed in our services. Our aims and visions, in hands with our strong plan and steadiely built foundation will enable us to exceed standard expectations and achieve trust of many and fulfil the purpose of our project.
