22 acclaimed musicians and 6 artisans come together on one album to raise money for the children of Palestine at this time of desperate need

Every child deserves safety, tenderness, and possibility.
For the last 2 years, we have witnessed the children of Palestine being trapped under siege, bombed from their homes, separated from loved ones, and inflicted with unbearable trauma.
We cannot look away.
Each Life Sacred is an album project born from a place of deep grief having witnessed the horrors these children are facing and the unbearable weight of their suffering. Out of that grief came a prayer to gather voices, music, and spirit in a way that could hold the sorrow and turn it into something that will help.
This project is demonstration of our compassion turned into impact. Through the power of music and art, we are raising money for War Child; a charity delivering essential support - emergency aid, safe spaces, education and psychological care.
Children in Palestine are living in dangerous, dire circumstances. They need our help now.
.
Each Life Sacred is an extraordinary collection of 20 artists coming together on one album to raise urgent funds for the children of Palestine.
Contributing artists: Anoushka Shankar, Johnny Flynn & Lillie Flynn, Sam Garrett, Danit, Ayla Schafer, Sam Lee, Vika Mullova, Matthew Barley, Nick Barbachano, Charlotte Mabon, Ayla Nereo, Little Whale, Naomi Greene, Olivia Fern, Taz Babiker, Marcus Gad, Ripples Collective, Susannah & Ya’acov Darling Khan - the album is a testament to the power of music to unite and radiate love and compassion towards those in the most desperate of situations.
100% of the proceeds will go to War Child whose teams are in Gaza now creating safe spaces for children to play, learn, and access psychological support.

War Child is driven by a single goal – ensuring a safe future for every child affected by war.
War Child works in some of the hardest-to-reach places to support those who are hardest hit. It aims to reach children as quickly as possible when conflict breaks out and stays long after the cameras have gone to support them through their recovery.
War Child understands children’s needs, respects and stands up for their
rights, and puts them at the centre of everything it does. They boldly campaign on the root causes of conflict and help to amplify children’s voices, advocating for change on the issues that matter to them. War Child will never give up on children affected by conflict.

Anouska Beckwith and Anika Nixdorf collaborated to create an artwork capturing the hands of an adult and a child holding a single candle. The image felt like a prayer made visible, the fragile light of the world resting delicately between generations, carried together as a symbol of hope and peace.
There is a profound power in its simplicity: the flame trembling, the smaller hands nestled within the larger, the unspoken truth that our shared future depends on how gently we protect what is most vulnerable. Here, the candle becomes more than wax and wick; it is a vessel of remembrance, of longing, and of renewal.

Beatrice Minns creates hand-built and wheel-thrown stoneware.
Guided by a fascination with relics, mythology, and ceremony, her work arises from a deep pull to craft vessels for memory - objects that hold stories, treasures, and the essence of nature itself. Each piece becomes a space where the precious can be lifted up, honoured, and celebrated.

Rooted in symbolism and purpose, the cedar tree has long stood as a beacon of wisdom, resilience, and spiritual protection. Across traditions, cedar is used in purification rituals and is viewed as a bridge between the earthly and the divine, drawing energy from its deep roots and rising with quiet, noble strength. Each pair of earrings is cast, polished and hand finished to the finest detail in Lucy’s workshop in Frome.
Prize 6 - Petra Palumbo crystal glassware set

Influenced by her Lebanese ancestry and life in the Scottish Highlands, Petra reimagines heritage motifs with originality and warmth. The Watermelon & Poppy glassware is a symbol of solidarity with the Palestinian people and their fight for freedom and justice. After the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, when the Palestinian flag was banned, the watermelon became a discreet emblem of resistance, its colours mirroring the flag. The poppy, Palestine’s national flower, represents resilience and remembrance. Together, they honour a people’s spirit, heritage, and enduring hope.

Muzungu Sisters was established in 2011 by Tatiana Santo Domingo and Dana Alikhani. The name “Muzungu” originated from the Swahili word for “traveler” or “wanderer,” reflecting a spirit of sisterhood and tying this with their mission to connect global artisans with a broader audience.
