I have struggled with my mental health throughout my adult life.
All the while I masked the pain with a façade of joviality - pretending to myself and the world that everything was alright.
It all came to a head during the first lock down when, plagued by feelings of shame and low worth compounded by loneliness, I reached my all time low.
After this I set out on a mission to get better, using various strategies to improve my physical, mental and social health.
I am now on a mission to share my expertise and experience, using skills and knowledge take from becoming qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Mindfulness and Meditation coach as well as an NLP practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I am now ready to fulfil my mission to help others by devising personalised plans and coaching to help strengthen Physical, Mental and Social health.
