Our Story

Hi, my name is John and I’m the founder of Durtnall EPoS.

After years working with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, I saw a major problem in the UK hospitality and retail industry. Small businesses such as pubs, cafés, restaurants, and independent shops are often forced to pay extremely high costs for EPoS systems, long contracts, and expensive service agreements.

Many businesses simply can’t afford the technology that helps them run efficiently.

That’s why I created Durtnall EPoS.

Our goal is simple:

Provide modern, reliable, and affordable EPoS systems without the excessive costs or complicated contracts that many suppliers force on small businesses.

We want to help independent businesses compete with large chains by giving them access to powerful tools like:
