Who are we?
Dunscroft Together are a community group
Dunscroft has been forgotten and left behind for too long. Working out of the community centre on St Lawrance road, we want to change this and put our great community back on the map.
Community impact
We want to regenerate Dunscroft and make it a better place to live, work and visit. We do this by working with the whole community, from kids Youth club to free lunch club for the elderly as well as a Jobclub for 18+ We are here to benefit the whole of our deprived community.
Why are we crowdfunding?
We need to raise money to keep our community centre open as a safe warm space. We provide so many services free to the public, but the cost of repairs, maintenance and heating/lighting keep going up. Please help us to keep things free for our old mining community.
How we’ll spend the money raised
We will spend the money raised on heating and lighting costs to keep the centre open for the public through these difficult times
