Aim
We are fund raising to take The Duke's into the next, exciting phase as we replace all of our equipment and develop new working practices.
As we celebrate our first five years, we’re filled with pride — and focused on the future. To continue sharing live theatre with communities across the UK, we urgently need the support of our audience.
Our mission has always been to make theatre accessible to all, regardless of location or background. Each summer, we tour to over 50 venues — from village greens to castle courtyards — in all weather and on all terrains.
But after five years on the road, our touring equipment is no longer fit for purpose. To continue at the standard our audiences expect, it now needs total replacement — including brand new high-quality staging, state-of-the-art outdoor sound equipment, vital vehicle upgrades, and a complete overhaul of our digital communications.
The total cost is £30,000 — a significant investment that is essential for us to move confidently into the next phase.
