£10,000 (or more) investment

This will give you 10,000 shares (or more) and membership of the Drewsteignton Community Society Limited and part ownership of the Drewe Arms Community Pub. You have a say in running the pub and its future. This level of contribution will make you eligible for SEIS tax relief. Only available to those who contribute £10,000 or more but only £250,000 of SEIS tax relief is available. Early contributors could claim back £5,000 from their tax bill.

£20,000 or more

£20,000 (or more) investment

This gives you 20,000 shares (or more), membership of the Drewsteignton Community Society Limited and part ownership of the Drewe Arms Community Pub. You have a say in running the pub and its future. This level of contribution makes you eligible for SEIS tax relief. Only available to contributors of £10,000; only £250,000 of SEIS tax relief is available. Those first contributors could claim back £10,000 in tax. EIS is subsequently available.
