Dougie, Max and Jack will be going a sponsored triathlon challenge this summer to raise money for their school
Dougie (age 11) and Max (age 8) will be going a sponsored triathlon challenge this summer to raise money for their school. Their older Brother, Jack now in year 8 at The John Fisher School, will also be helping them along. For this challenge they will each walk/jog 100km, cycle 100km and swim 100 lengths (widths for Max as he's not a strong swimmer yet) of the Local 25m pool. They will track their progress on Strava. They are aiming to complete this before the end of the summer term.
St Francis school has served the local community for over 140 years and has expanded in that time to around 400 pupils. The older part of the building is having essential plumbing work done this summer and they need to fundraise towards the costs of this.
