Doorway provides essential advice, support and accommodation to young people who have experienced homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Founded in 1997 in response to a lack of services available for homeless young people, aged 16-25. We work across Warwickshire and specialise in working in communities where poverty and long-term unemployment have resulted in generations of social exclusion and high rates of homelessness.
Doorway has a drop-in centre in Nuneaton, Warwickshire for 16 to 25-year old’s who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or insecurely housed. We provide help with housing, money advice, vital practical and emotional support and development opportunities to help vulnerable young people move from crisis to independence. The drop in centre has computer access for young people.

Money raised from this campaign will support our core advice and support services. These services work directly with young people to meet their individual needs appropriate to their personalities and situations and we strive to find better, more inventive ways to empower young people. These services are key to ensuring that young people who are homeless can look forward with optimism, raise their aspirations and improve their quality of life.
This year we need your support more than ever, we are seeing an increase in referrals, particularly self-referrals indicating there are more young people than ever in need of our services.The young people we work with
