Your support makes a difference
Neurodiversity, older age, poor health - both physical and mental. These can all be reasons why someone eats alone. We aim to help.
We all know that eating nutritious food is good for us. We all know inherently that eating together is good for us. Yet sometimes that doesn't work out.
Food is expensive, poverty is rife, people have become overwhelmed. There are so many different reasons why we start to eat alone. Our founder Mark is neurodiverse and has lived through poverty. He is also a fully trained nutritionist and loves good company in the right setting. Realising he was not alone he felt the need to reach out to people who still feel that they were.
We will take referrals, speak to the person or family in mind and find out what they like to eat and the environment that is right for them and then schedule a time that suits to enjoy a meal or picnic together.
