To raise enough money to help fund our ambitious and heart driven short film, inspired by love, music and our passion as young filmmakers.
In 1980s England, best friends Ronnie and Julia spend a final day at the beach together before Julia leaves for a year abroad. But as their final goodbye draws near, will hidden emotions and true feelings reveal themselves? Set during an instantly recognisable era and supported by a nostalgic soundtrack, DON'T DELETE THE KISSES is a drama that peers romantically into themes of love, friendship and the pain of the one that got away.
We are a team based in Cambridge, but hoping to film in Felixstowe so that we can fully utilise the coastal setting. The film is heavily inspired by experiences from the heart as well as music, most strongly through the song "Don't Delete the Kisses" by the British band Wolf Alice.
All money donated will go towards funding us being able to go to and stay in Felixstowe, as well as purchase costume and props that will further create a sense of the eighties aesthetic we are aiming for.
Many thanks!
