Aim

After a charity collapse, Mobiloo is rescuing accessible facilities so disabled people don’t miss out on summer.

Sam has already bought his festival tickets. Without your help, he won’t be able to go.

Sam has spinal muscular atrophy. His girlfriend is also a wheelchair user. They love festivals — but only when the right facilities are there. This summer, those facilities might not exist.

“You helped me preserve my dignity so many times.”

That’s what one person wrote when they heard the news. Thousands of others felt exactly the same way.

What’s happened

RevoLOOtion, one of the UK’s only providers of fully accessible mobile toilets, has gone into liquidation.

That leaves hundreds of events this summer with no suitable provision for disabled people — and up to 10,000 disabled people, plus 30,000 family members and friends, facing cancelled plans, wasted tickets, and another summer sitting it out.

Mobiloo is stepping in to rescue the service. But we need your help to move fast.

Why this matters

For more than a quarter of a million disabled people in the UK, going out is only possible if the right toilet and changing facility is on site.

Without it, parents change their children in car parks, in the boot of a car, or on the floor of a public toilet. People risk injury trying to transfer in spaces that are too small. Dignity is lost. Safety is compromised.

Standard “accessible” toilets at events are often not truly accessible. They are too small, lack the right equipment, and don’t meet the needs of people with higher support requirements.

And often, the only option is simply not to go at all.

The solution

Mobiloo has provided the world’s first fully accessible mobile toilet and changing facility since 2016. Each unit includes a full-sized changing bench, an overhead hoist, an accessible toilet and wash basin, a shower, and enough space for carers or family members to assist safely.

A Mobiloo does not just provide a toilet.

It makes the day possible.

What we need

The first major festivals begin in eight weeks. We need to act now.

We are raising £50,000 to rescue and return vehicles to service before summer begins. Here’s what your donation means in practice:

£50 covers an MOT test — the first step to getting a unit back on the road

£100 gets a hoist refurbished — the piece of equipment that makes the whole facility work

£150 buys a new set of tyres — keeping a unit safe and road-legal

£250 gets a wheelchair lift serviced and tested — so nobody gets left outside

£500 gets a complete unit serviced, road-legal, and ready for events

£2,000 fully refurbishes the bathroom area — new toilet, wash basin, replacement hoist and non-slip flooring — restoring a unit to the standard disabled people deserve

£10,000 does the whole job: buys a vehicle, covers all servicing and repairs, and puts it on the road for an entire season

Please act now

Without this campaign, Sam and thousands of people like him will spend this summer at home. Festivals they planned for. Tickets already bought. Experiences that simply won’t happen.

That doesn’t have to be the outcome.

If you can donate, thank you. If you can share this campaign, that matters just as much. Every contribution keeps a door open that would otherwise be closed.

Help us make summer possible.
