Doncaster Toll Bar ARLFC - Changing Rooms Upgrade

Aim

To improve our current facility's to help promote rugby league to girls and woman in our community.

Doncaster Toll Bar ARLFC was first formed in 1994 by a local group of volunteers with the idea of bringing rugby league to our community, it had to be in a safe environment and affordable to everyone to access the sport.

Still to this day we are run by volunteers and the club is continuing to grow, having mixed age groups from the age of 3 years old to 11years old, boy under 13's and men's 1st, 2nd and masters team. 

Last year we formed our first girls team to the club and this year they have been participating in fixtures in the Yorkshire women and girls league. 

A couple of mouths ago we introduced our first a ladies team to our line up. Its still early days in training, but looking to start to playing friendlies/fixtures in 2026.

Our current changing rooms have served us well, but after almost 20 years they're  now showing their age. Doors don't close, the showers just trickle warm water and we have to always mop the floor after as the waste water doesn't fully drain anymore.

Now having both male and female teams, we desperately need to upgrade. Needing segregation by doors that close and lock. Also the facilities need to work as they should, so we can get people in and out as quick as we can as we continue to grow as a club and support more teams.

GREAT NEWS FROM SPORT ENGLAND, THEY HAVE SAID IF WE CAN RAISE £6,825.00 THROUGH CROWDFUNDING, THEY WILL CONTRIBUTE THE OTHER HALF OF £6,825.00 TOWARDS OUT PROJECT.
