Create an Animal Voices Podcast Space - 'Divine Pawcast'
We are building a dedicated podcast room for animal lovers and we need your help. To complete the set up for our well-being space for people and pets located in Sydenham, South London called The Divine Heart Space. It has a dog-friendly café, event space with many animal themed events and offers holistic veterinary services too.
Our goal is to raise £1,350 to create a fully equipped space where animal professionals, charity workers, therapists, and pet owners can share their stories, knowledge, and experiences.
We also want to create a podcast room that people can rent, giving individuals, creators, and organisations access to affordable, good quality recording facilities.
This is not just a podcast, it is a platform to connect people through a shared love of animals.
Why this matters
Animals play a huge role in our lives emotionally, socially, and even therapeutically. Yet many powerful stories and valuable insights go unheard.
This podcast space will:
- Give a voice to animal professionals including vets, trainers, therapists, and educators.
- Share real life stories from pet owners and animal lovers
- Highlight the work of animal charities and shelters
- Provide educational content on animal care, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Create a space for fun, heartfelt, and meaningful conversations
From light hearted stories to expert advice, this platform will inform, inspire, and connect.
What We Are Building
A small but high quality podcast recording room and a chance to go mobile so we can record on many adventures. Examples: At animal shelters and charities, during outdoor adventures on the farm, with therapists and educators in real environments.
The space will also be available to rent, supporting other creators while helping sustain the project long term.
This flexibility allows us to capture authentic and diverse voices wherever they are.
What Your Donation Will Do
We are raising £1,350 to cover the essentials:
- Soundproofing to ensure clear and professional audio
- Recording equipment such as microphones, headphones, and an interface
- Portable gear for recording on location with charities and professionals
