The wait is finally over for safe, gluten-free food! We’re opening DIJöN - a 100% gluten-free coffee & pizza takeaway with a few cozy seats outside in the evening. Coffee by day, pizza by night — a hub where everyone can eat without worry.
I’m Dijön, owner of Good F’ing Pizza, and I’m opening DIJöN, a 100% gluten-free coffee & pizza takeaway with a few outdoor seats. Coffee, pastries & more by day, pizza by night -plus bagels, doughnuts, focaccia sandwiches, and pastries all from gluten-free bakers loved by the community.
Living gluten-free in London can be tricky - finding pastries, bagels, doughnuts, or pizzas that are truly safe is even trickier. That’s why I’m creating DIJöN, a takeaway where everything is 100% gluten-free, using the skills and experience I’ve honed with Good F’ing Pizza.
At DIJöN, we’ll serve:

🍕 Hand stretched gluten-free pizzas and garlic breads

Stock the best ingredients and extras from local bakers
Create a hub for other Gluten Free businesses and bakers to pop up and collaborate
