21st November 2019Courage calls to courage everywhere
Dear Supporter,
I am writing to let you know that on Monday, 25 November we will be holding a really important event in London - the launch of our Citizens' Rights Manifesto.
Join us at Pushkin House in London for the Manifesto launch
As well as calling for the rights of EU citizens to be anchored in primary legislation and all current voting rights to be safeguarded, we will also be demanding citizenship rights for EU citizens resident in the UK with settled status including the right to vote in General Elections.
We will be joined by actor Kate Willoughby who will present the manifesto in the character of Emily Wilding Davison, the suffragette.

Like the suffragettes, EU citizens and Britons abroad are suffering a grave injustice and being treated like second-class citizens.
Our #DeniedMyVote is above all a call for equality.
Not only do we want to secure a public inquiry into how it was that up to 1.7m EU citizens in the UK and thousands of Britons abroad were denied the vote, we are also demanding redress.
On Monday, we will call for all current voting rights to be safe-guarded if Brexit goes ahead.
We will also demand that all current rights of EU citizens in the UK be safe-guarded in primary legislation and we will call for a physical proof of status in the form of a Green Card for Europe.
And we will call on any future government to offer UK citizenship to all EU citizens with settled status so that EU citizens resident in the UK also have the right to vote in General Elections.
If you can't be with us on Monday, do please sign up for the livestream.
You can do this by simply adding (livestream) behind your name when you register. We will then send you the link.
This is an absolutely critical moment in our campaign.
We are at the height of a General Election campaign in which there has so far been no mention of the rights of #the5million.
With your help, we still have time to change that.
Thank you once again for all your support.
If you are able to chip in £10, £25 or what you can afford this will be a huge help as we step up our campaign to get justice for all those who were denied a vote in 2019.

We will not stop campaigning until we secure justice for all who were denied our vote last summer and equality for all those who may otherwise be denied their vote in the future.
Your support is making a difference and your contribution helps secure the success of our campaign.
With thanks and best regards
