Darren Deady Foundation/Lee Rigby Foundation aid

Aim

The aim of the project was to bring both foundations together to raise vital funds for them both and to keep their legacies alive.

The Darren Deady Foundation wanted to have a family fun day and also a charitable football match to raise vital funds so that we could continue our work helping homeless veterans and families of veterans .We offer a wide range of services from emergency food provision, benefits and debt advice , help with rehoming, donation of furniture and white goods , mental health referrals, befriending and transport service.

Our aim is to be able to provide ongoing help, temp accomodation , hobby clubs, days out, drop in centre for veterans and their families. A very much needed resource in our area. We were able to enlist Lee Rigby Foundation so we could play Lee Rigby FC .The foundation are looking to provide caravans for respite holidays for veterans.

We thought of no greater way of raising funds and reaching out to the public ,than to bring our foundations together and keep Darren Deady and Lee Rigby's memory alive .These are two men that gave their lives for their country . All funds raised off this page will be shared evenly between both foundations. Please help all you can and if you need any kind of help then don't hesitate to contact any of us.
