This charity was chosen specifically as ws felt it embraces what we love and that dancing is for everyone as our event is all about being inclusive and music and dance.
Help Us Reach 12,000 Disabled Children Through Dance in 2025!
Flamingo Chicks is a multi-award-winning charity and inclusive community that gives disabled children and children with long-term health conditions like cancer the chance to explore movement through dance. What started as a small community group in 2013 has grown into a national movement championing inclusion.
So far, 47,778 children have danced with us!
But the need is greater than ever. 45% of disabled children regularly feel lonely, and 15% feel lonely every single day. That’s 270,000 disabled young people in the UK feeling alone 365 days a year—and we’re determined to change this.
